HTTP::TransparentCache 0.2 uploaded to CPAN

I have uploaded version 0.2 of HTTP::TransparentCache to CPAN. It should
show up on http://search.cpan.org/~mattiash/ in a few hours.

Nice.

Hey, shepherding modules is fun. Makes me want to write me own, so I
can have people bash me over the head screaming "you're doing it all
