I'd like to inform the Attic PMC that the Jakarta PMC voted to move
Jakarta Regexp to the Apache Attic:

I am hereby requesting the Attic PMC to take over ownership of Jakarta
Regexp. I've opened ATTIC-117 (volunteers TBD).
