again, thanks for all your work on the Modern Perl book (and the blog), which
came out very nicely, and I hope it sells well and all. I did not buy a copy
(because I already have read it on the computer screen), but I made a small
PayPal donation in appreciation for your work.

In any case, please put its sources on github under the CC-by-sa licence:

https://github.com/chromatic/modern_perl_book

I need this so the book will be open-content/free-content and Debian Free
Software Guidelines-compliant, so I can mirror it on http://perl-begin.org/
(with proper attribution, links, etc. and while making any modifications, if
any, available under the same licence). I recall you said you were OK with
this in a comment on http://www.modernperlbooks.com/ , but the github README
still says "CC-by-nc-nd" which delays my work in putting it on http://perl-
begin.org/.

I'd appreciate it if you can clarify the licence there, as soon as you find
the time for it (although it should take very little time to do so.).

Dear chromatic,

I now realise that this E-mail was phrased in a very impolite manner. I did
not intend that to be the case, but that's how I often tend to write my emails
(it's one of my many faults that I'm investing time in remedying, but it will
take me some time to fully resolve.). I hope you can forgive me for this.

My request from you still stands, but the ultimate decision if and when to
change the licence of the source of the book "Modern Perl" is naturally yours
and I'm sorry if I implied you were in any way obliged to do so.
