Apache::AuthDBI - 63691 - Auth_DBI_pwdcasesensitive=off does not work while Auth_DBI_encrypted=off

Mod Perl Folks,
I logged two bugs on https://rt.cpan.org/ for Apache::AuthDBI.

63711 - Apache::AuthDBI will not run without Apache::DBI
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=63711

63691 - Auth_DBI_pwdcasesensitive=off does not work while Auth_DBI_encrypted=off
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=63691

Please ensure these two simple fixes to two simple bugs get put into the package on CPAN. These patches would have resolved a lot of my frustrations getting Apache and Oracle to talk to each other which was not a trival task!

Thanks,
Mike

Reviewed 63691 and the patch looks sane. Can you provide an svn diff
against the source?

svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/perl/Apache-DBI/trunk/ Apache-DBI
