Is there any 64bit Windows ODBC Driver of Postgres available?

If not, is there any workaround except to run the 32bit ODBC version
which forces us to deploy our application in 32bit?

There's another experimental version on the page
http://www.geocities.jp/inocchichichi/psqlodbc/index.html.
I'm not sure if we should provide it as an official one.
