1) Installed Mysql Connector/ODBC and create DNS --> OK
2) MS ACCESS 2003: Get external data both Import and Link Tables work fin=
e;
3) MS WORD 2003: Import data in mailmerge work fine;
4) MS Excel 2003: Data/Import external data/Import data work fine;
5) MS Excel 2003: Data/Import external data/New Database query (through M=
S QUERY) don't show tables even if show panel in MSQuery is checked; if I=
write a SQL command it work and MS QUERY retrieve data. How I can view d=
atabase tables? It's a configuration problem? Where I wrong? I read answe=
r in forum [Excel 2003 and ODBC 5.1.5 - No Tables are Visible] but
I need to use New Database Query and not Import data.
Anyone can you help me?
