Emailing from Excel 2007

I have an ex-2003 user who says he could select to send the workbook or a
worksheet when emailing a file from Excel. Never tried this myself so am
really not sure how he went about it. He is complaining that 2007 only
emails the entire wookbook. Is there a way to email only a specific sheet
using the Send command?
