FP 2003, Published site opening in multiple windows

I have published my site several times. Today after publishing, the home
page (index) opens, and the first time a link is clicked in the link bar, the
page opens in a new window. I've tried closing the site and reopening and
have clicked each link and the same thing happens. When I go back to the
original window that opened, none of the links work.

Help. I'm tired and weary!!!

Pos a URL to the online site home page to look at
- look for a target attribute in your links, or base ref tag and remove them
