Wanting some pointers on how to set up so someone visiting my website can
download a file, either pics or video and is it possible to link it to a
paypal shopping cart.

Okay, Ihave pretty much worked this out for simply downloading a file, but as
I said, I would like to be able to run it throgh a shopping cart like paypal
so a fee can be charged for downloading the whole file.

Check the PayPal Developer Center for a shopping cart that support electronic downloads and is
written in scripting language supported by your web host.
