Form Asking for Password...

The forms I am using are supposed to post results in to the "_private/"
folder asdesigned by default in Front Page 2003. When I attempt to complete
a form, I receive the pop-up for the server credentials (username/password),
which of course is undesireable.

What are the permissions I'm supposed to have for the Internet Guest Account
(I'm assuming) for the "_private/" folder?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Form Asking for Password...

Run a server health check on the extensions and left FP correct the permissions.

Re: Form Asking for Password...

Okay, when I run the Server Health Check, the only detail that requires
attention is Security, oddly, should I go ahead and fix this?

"Your Web site security may need to be tightened. To tighten security as
much as possible for your Web sites, select "Fix this problem." Note: This
message will re-appear even after your security is tightened."

Re: Form Asking for Password...

Well, I figured it out myself, I removed and then reinstalled (partial
uninstall) of FPSE, this fixed the problem, however now one of my sites (I
have 3 on this one server) won't display at all (error 403).

Thanks anyways.
