No matter what I try, I cannot get the link bar on this page with these
links--Resources, Planning, Hybrid Course--to display with the graphical
style based on the 'Visio Templates' theme.

The style displays fine in Preview on both the local machine I use and when
I open the remote Web on the server. The links should look like the ones on
this page: http://gdpkeyboarding.com/FramesetAuthor/Frameset_Author.htm for
the Ober, Johnson, Zimmerly links. All help appreciated.

I looked at the page source for the main frame (

and can't find the links in the source for Resources, Planning, Hybrid Course

I find them for:
