Ive been working on a web page for 2 days now and when i go to the preview in
browser thing half the formatting disappears and everything gets larger. why
is that?
I also need to know how to put it on the site thats hosting my web page(can
i just upload the .htm file and all the pics and other things[i know how to
change the directories from my computer to the hosts directories]).

In your browser click View > Text Size and make sure it is set to medium.

As for publishing, if you have a domain registered and a hosting account set up, with your web open
click File > Publish and if the server has extensions installed enter http://www.websitename.com
If no extensions are installed, enter ftp://websitename.com
