How do I turn off the drawing pencil on front page so I can design?

Is that on an image? Or are you trying to use layers?

Re: get rid of the drawing tool (pencil)
or are you talking about the Draw Table pencil?...if so the button that
turns it on is a toggle, just drop Table down and untoggle it.
