Anyone know of any mirrors, particularly for downloading? Any ETA for
it being back up from anyone in the know?

It's now 4:48pm EST on January 30, 2008 and www.smarty.net is still
down. I have no clue why it is down or who might be responsible to
get it back up.

From Monte Ohrt of PHP:

"Our data center has moved, the BGP routes are not 100% propagated. It
should be back up soon."

It sucks that it's been down for a day and a half, but at least now we
know why. Thanks for the info Monte.

Any news? Seems like propagation should be done 24 hours later.
