Testing an ATM link

Hi:

In my job we have a 15Mbps ATM link and we need test this link,
trying use all yours bandwidth and monitorying yours use with a
graphics tool.
How could I make this task?
Should I use ping ?

Try sending some large files by ftp.

How much cash are you trying to withdraw at one time?

I'd suggest something like ttcp.
