I'm running WinXP SP2 and IE 7.0.5730.11

I ran MBSA 1.2 and I got a report that I needed to upgrade MBSA to version 2.0

I ran MBSA 2.0 and got this error message:

"Failed to download security databases. The catalog is damaged or an invalid
catalog."

I upgraded to MBSA 2.1 (beta) and got the same error message.

How can I fix this?
