Strange error message when tying to open pages in website.

Yesterday everything worked perfectly. Today I tried to open pages in order
to edit them and got the following message "C/Documents &
Settings\username\Local Settings\temporary Internet Files\FrontPage Tem
Dir\cats1.htm
Below this Is says "Paint cannot read this file. This is not a valid bitmat
file or it's format is not currently supported.Strange message to get when
working with htm files
