Inserting between locked cells
I am currently using Excel 2003 and I have locked 2 cells nect to each other
(such as C13 and C14). Now when someone inserts a new row (C14) it becomes
locked as well. How do I cahnge it so that when the new row is inserted, the
new cell is not locked?
Thanks for the help.
