I need to design a simple enquiry form in frontpage with fields like
Name :
Email :
Contact Number :
Comments :

and when the user clicks on the submit button it should go to my email id -
maildpak [at] inbox.com and maildpak [at] gmail.com

But the problem is that the server that i am uploading the web page at does
not have Frontpage extension installed.

Pls help me to create form

You need to contact your web host to see what form handler they offer/support first, then you would
create your form in FP, and select Send To Other and then enter whatever info is required by the
form handler.
