I need to make webpage or word document that can submit information the end
user types in to a email address how can I code this or make a frontpage for
it to work. Need help

You would create a form in FP, then you would publish the form via http to a web server that has the
FP extensions installed and configured by the web host to process form to email data. Check with
your web host.
