Thomas shows you how to change it for the favorite icon, but if you mean
where the IE logo in the upper left of the page and not next to the URL, you
can't do it with HTML. It's a setting that you would use for your computer's
policies or the IEAK (IE Administration Kit). There's a policy variable for
your local computer that will let you say where the icon comes from. There's
nothing you can do that would make it change in another user's browser
because this is a branded feature of the browser itself.
