optimise website

Hi,

We have a website at http://217.119.181.82 an now we are testing a new
version at http://217.119.181.82/esacv2/ but it seems very slow, is
there a any parameters that we can modfify to increase the speed ?

Thanks

download yslow for firebug for firefox to see, then point your
websites url at an online tester which shows time to first byte, and
time to last, shows latency and so on..
whats your bandwidth? and how are you implementing caching, are you
using output buffering? proxying? you dont seriously expect anything
more than general answer to your question with such a contentless
question
