settings for cronw

I am running the cronw on my xp. i want to start an app at 4 am. if my
machine is rebooted, i want to run it at startup of the cronw service.
what is the settings to run a app at start up of the cron service. the
docs state to read the unix cron man pages for command syntaxes and i
could not make much headway with the syntaxes from the unix cron man
pages. i am not unixy but windowzy.

appreciate help

Your question is very much offtopic for a Perl programming group. Try a
newsgroup for XP or the application of interest.
