Hello:

I am new to Apache. I would like to ask the members to suggest me some
books / references which explain RewriteCond, RewriteRule.. other
directives which are used to program/configure Apache, maybe in some
examples. I am intermediate in Perl.

Apart from the Apache httpd documentation, read the
archives of alt.apache.configuration in Google Groups.
There is a wealth of info there, especially on Rewriting.

I never felt the need for a book, so I never bought one.

And experiment with full logging switched on.
