They replaced FrontPage with Expression Web.
See: http://www.microsoft.com/Expression/products/overview.aspx
It writes more "standards compliant" code.
I am trying to convert to it now and it is not much fun. All the front
page components are gone as they are dependent on the front page
server extensions instead of pure html. It still supports the
components, but there are no menu options to add them lile in FP.
The future is about change. (not always easy though)

The latest and last version of FrontPage is version 2003. There will be no
new versions and it is/was a stand alone product and was not included in
Office Suites. It is also not available as an online download.
Expression Web is the new HTML/web authoring system:

Re: FRONTPAGE 2007 WITHIN OFFICE PROFESSIONAL 2007
Expression Web is not an "office" family product so it doesn't come with
Office 2007 and not likely to in future either.
