Is there a way to increase the remembered "publish to" locations in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\Fron tPage
Explorer\Recent Publish List
and:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\Fron tPage
Explorer\Recent Web List
and:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\Fron tPage
Explorer\Recent File List
and:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\Fron tPage
Explorer\Recent Page List

I publish 28 sites and when I publish an older site it dosen't
remember the publish location and I have to look it up.

Can I change it to remember 30 instead of 10?

Nope.
It's hard coded into FrontPage, and can't be changed.
You can however have as many as you want in My Network Places.
So when you click File open Site, select My Network Places on the left
side of the Open Site dialog and select from that list.
