Setting timeout values in IIS 5.x

I have a client running Windows 2000 Server SP4 with IIS 5.x.A website
they developed seemed to time out during inactivity within 15-20
minutes. They want the timeout to be 6 hours. I went to the website
properties and changed the Timeout value, and restarted IIS. The
problem still exists. Is there something I am missing? Thanks.

Re: Setting timeout values in IIS 5.x

If they are using ASP, then check the Global.Asa file to see if they have a
Session Timeout Setting there.
