Can someone tell me what this means

Paste this code into an external JavaScript file named: bookMark.js

Do I just create a page then past the code into the body - or is it
something else.

I am trying to set a bookmark this page from
http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/bookmark-page.h tml
