We are considering putting together a seminar for students
that want to learn PHP and how to integrate it with MySQL databases.

Can anyone recommend a book that is written for someone who is
somewhat computer literate with limited programming abilities but has
no experience with PHP?

P. S. It should be workbook style, if such a thing is
available.
