SQL Server compatibility with SharePoint workflows

I am a beginner with SQL Server and SharePoint. I am trying to migrate
the database to other servers that may be running different
platforms. I know that the other servers have SharePoint so they are
running SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2003, and Access. Is there a way I
could get data from my system (with SQL Server 2005) to another system
(that may be running 2005, 2003, or Access) without affecting my data
or SharePoint workflow? I want the people running the other servers to
be able to access the same data and see the same workflow I do. Thanks
in advance!

I mean SQL Server 2000 64-bit edition, released in 2003.
