Folks,

A bug buried down in the weeds, and not likely to be hit in "normal"
usage.

If building libmilter with both _FFR_WORKERS_POOL and POOL_DEBUG
defined, will run afoul of a non-existent ctx in
mi_pool_controller_init() at line 266 of worker.c in the 8.14.2 source
tree. This is also broken for 8.14.1. I just commented the line out
here... :-)

OK then... plain text it is. Gotta remember to get Outlook to do
that for this address, I guess.
