There is no straightforward way to do this in Sendmail. A procmail fan
might follow the instructions at

http://www.technoids.org/procmailfilter.html

There are some milters listed at

https://www.milter.org/milters/archiving/alphabetical/1

Or you could switch to Postfix and set the BCC option.
