Adding The Database to Palms

I have added Filemaker Mobile to my Palm, but i dont know how to
add the database
how do i sync it?

You use the FileMaker Mobile.app to add the databases you wish to
sync.

i added the database to the filemaker mobile
every time i sync its not there on the palm

Plus i checked the privelidges and they are full access if that helps
