E-mail from Solaris to W2K Outlook Express

Hi:
Is there any way to send a e-mail from Solaris and receive this e-
mail
in Outlook Express with a photo in e-mail's background ?
I want send an e-mail from Solaris with changes in /etc/hosts diary,
and I want put a photo in this e-mail background.
Thank you.

Write your email in html using Thunderbird or Evolution or some other
graphical email client. There is a special syntax for using an attached file
as an image, but you could also make a link to a file on the sending or
receiving machine. Will it always be the same photo, a random photo, or a live
photo from a webcam?
