How to: Control relaying host to send only to one subdomain group *.subdomain.com

Hi
Cant think of any resolution, how to set up that one IP (i.e. 1.2.3.4,
will be able to relay mails only to specific sub domain group i.e.
*.somesubdomain.com), is there any way to set up something like that?
