Apache doesn't start when the network cable is not connected

Apache doesn't start when the network cable is not connected when the
computer starts.
As soon as I reconnect the cable, then I can start Apache manually
(EasyPhP installation)
Apache must run on this computer, even if it is not connected to the
network (local app using PHP)
Any idea ?
Thanks

Solution: Leave the network cable plugged in.
