Trying to stop passive spamming

Looks like a punch of spam-mail servers are somehow
suing me as a passive relay.

I am not an open relay. HOw do I stop these e-mail
from bouncing off my server?

Fix the security flaws in your system to keep others out. The IP address
you're posting from doctor.nl2k.ab.ca [204.209.81.1], which is also your MX
of record, has many vulnerabilities, so it's almost a certainty that the
spam is being passed on your LAN by someone who's compromised your machine.
I apologize for the scan, but it was done to assist you in your time of
need.
