Relay and deliver locally

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure sendmail to relay
messages for a domain and deliver that mail locally?

The issue is, we have a particular domain which is currently handled
by an outsourced organisation. All MX records pointing to this third
party. I want to change the MX records to point to my mailserver, so
mail initially is delivered to us, but then passed on to the third
party so that they do not notice a difference.

>From what I can tell, if I put the line for local dlivery in the
virtusertable [at]
[at] blahblah.co.uk box
It does not then lookup any entries in the mailertable.

I am referencing the third parties SMTP server directly by IP address,
so did have this mailertable entry:
blahblah.co.uk esmtp:[ip address]

Architecture is a linux box running CentOS (Redhat clone) 4.1 and
sendmail 8.13.1.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
