HELP ME! Error occurred during creation or modify of a DTS Package

Hi, i've big problem!
i've sql 2000 std and windows 2003 svr standard. when i try to create
or modify a Dts Package connection i've receive an error.
i think is due to wrong dll comcat.dll (v. 5.2) but i don't know how
to fix the problem
