I have installed IIS 7. That ports I must block or that procedure I must
follow to block that the users do not listen to radio by Internet?

IIS 7.0 does not allow users to listen to the radio via the internet.

If you want to stop users connecting to your website hosted on IIS 7.0, then
block access to port 80 or 443 (or whatever port you told IIS 7.0 to listen
on)
