Filemaker Mobile 8 file not showing on handheld

Hi all,
I am a relative newbie to FM Mobile. I thought I had everything setup
properly on both the computer and the pocketPC but the file does not appear
on my pocketpc even though activesync says it did its job.

any suggestions?
