Mech as a job requirement

I'm amused to see WWW::Mechanize as a job requirement.

Which EULA? AFAICS WWW::Mechanize does not restrict it's use in any way.
I only found a reference to the Artistic Licence which doesn't do it either.

I believe Randall was thinking about violation of end users license
for accessing the data being scraped and not about restrictions to use
WWW::Mechanize.

Ive done a ton of web scraping, and I think most people would be surprised
to learn that the customers are the sites youre scraping themselves.
