I have suddenly found that when I try to print emails only the top half of
the page prints. The bottom portion is blank. I have to print "Page 2" to
get the next half-page, and so on.

I cannot find what has caused this or how to rectify it. The same thing
happens when I try to print a page from the web.

Can anybody help. I am near my wit's end. Thanks, Ray.

This is a new feature of <insert name of mail reader here> in order to
reduce your use of paper. The idea is that you purchase A5 paper instead
of A4 and print the second bit on the reverse side.

This feature was installed automatically with the last security update of
<insert name of mail reader here> or, maybe, as it has affected <insert
name of web browser here>, it has been implemented when you installed the
last update to <insert name of operating system here>.

Which mail software is dead easy. Many people will be able to
determine the operating system. But the printer ... you got me/us (tinu)
there! :-)
