IIS Permissions for Intranet (w/ AD)

How should the IIS permissions be set-up for a local intranet to allow local
domain users who have been authenticated to the AD to automatically be
recognized and authenticated w/o having to sign-on ? We tried adding Domain
Users to the File Permissions and then using the Windows Digest
Authentication & Integrated Authentication (w/ Realm as Domain) but each time
the users get prompted for a User Name and PW. TIA ...

Client settings, for example in IE's security options, control
whether Windows account login is allowed without prompts.

In IE 7 it's under ADVANCED "Enable Integrated Authentication"
