Using EFS with MySQL

I'm investigating the use of Windows Encrypting File System to encrypt MySQL ini files so that I don't have any passwords stored in clear text. Has anyone used EFS with MySQL and if so, how did you set up the MySQL user account so that it could access the encrypted folder or files?
