Newbie :Simple DB management insert update

I' all thanks in advance for your time.

I would like to have simple form to insert data or get and update
data.
Something like phpmyadmin byt really much more simple.
No db management task just retriving and updating data.

Can you help me find out the best solution?

yes, it's called a manual. it's also called google. it's also called half a
