Enforce CRL checking

In the case that a client certificate does not have a CRL path (the
distribution point), is there any way to enforce IIS (6.0) to check against a
manually configured CRL ? I mean any place (registry, metabase property ..)
where I can specify the URL of the CRL file I want to use.

Thanks.
