I am interested in using the Perl DBI with Pervasive, but I don't find a
driver for it in your driver list in CPAN. Is there one available, or can I
use the ODBC driver?

You will need to get the pervasive client from Pervasive and then use ODBC. I just went through this actually when trying to connect to an Impac database.
