Programmer Wanted. PHP / Apache / MySQL / Linux

Hello All,
I am looking for an experinced PHP Programmer. I am in the process of
building a company that will provide web based applications. I cannot
go into great detail without a non-disclosure agreement, sorry.

I can say however that I am working on a shoe-string budget so I am
looking for someone to be more of a partner. I am looking at paying
based on a profit share model. That is I will pay you 50% of all
profit generated from any web application you code. Once there is a
consistent revenue we can re-evaluate this and possible move to a full-
time salary structure. I am flexible on this so we can come up with an
arrangement that fits both our requirements.

Here is the minimum requirements:

1. Must be located in the U.S.A. The Houston Texas area is preferred
but not required.

2. Must have at lease 5 years PHP / MySQL / Apache experience. Must be
proficient and follow coding standards.

3. Must be able to dedicate about 10-15 hours a week. This will grow
into a full-time 40 hours a week over the next year.

If you are interested please forward your resume to: (remove "NO-SPAM"

your current web site is BITCH'N !!! how do you get the web page to be so
white? is this an homage to 'void within the void'?

why would *anyone* be dumb enough to go from 50% profit to a standard
salary? it would be best for most if it were the other way around.

Thank you for your comment on my site... I need to get one build
out :) As for the salary v. profit, I am just trying to say I am open
to what works for both of us.

I agree, but in the Houston Area we could meet face to face when
needed. And being in the U.S.A. allows for protect under the US law
for all involved.

web cams are even newer inventions than that internet/web thingy geoff was
talking about.

btw, there is law outside the usa. in fact, it is quite well developed -
they don't even torture or use forced confession anymore. further, even in
the states you still must qualify the contract's venue of applicable law
should litigation need to ensue. a good lawyer writing a good contract could
better open your prospective employee base from lil' ol' houston to the
entire globe. that would get you on par with that internet thingy - global.

our planets have been established...

you do know we're just giving you a hard time, right? i hope you find the
'right' person for your needs. i'm sure your site will soon be a stunning
marvel and the pride of the whole www.

as for revised requirement 1, aliens needn't be 'on the planet earth', *and*
regardless of their proximity to our green and blue spherical jewel, *you*
must abide by the laws of the land. so, a treaty or other benevolent
relationship would have to be (or have been) established by 'the state' in
either case. even so, you would still need a good lawyer to draft a contract
that stated the specific venue of applicable law by which all parties would
not only abide, but present potential litigation. those laws combined with
additional, legal, contractual obligations make for a very clear set of
responsibilities and remedies whether you have flesh or a green gelatenous
body form (i had to put 'green' in there as some human beings, in
appearance, can only be distinguished by the color given the aforementioned
description of said aliens). ;^)

cheers.
