as i get every product ms produces each year (for free), it is hardly
incentive for me...much less for those who don't even consider ms as 'great'
software.

Steve, If it is not an incentive for you then why reply? I guess
making an comment like this makes you look very obtuse to the rest of
the posters here.. best wishes to you and maybe an attitude change
would be helpful as well..

I don't think your method of spamming and multi posting is a good way, try out
the newsgroups named *.jobs.*

I can confirm that there are people like me who don't see any value in ms
products, as long as you can't supply the whole source code for them with at
least a LGPL license.

I can see a value in legitimate products but it would take rather a lot
to convince me that that was what was on offer.

I see what you are saying but all I hear is: "You want to code for me for

of you guys need to get a freaking attitude adjustment and maybe
educate yourself on the piracy laws.. IT is NOT Illegal to sell or
tade software ina msdn account it is yours to do whatever you wnat..
BTW Steve, your so called Mil mean squat to me, and you shoudl be
ashamed to throw that out..A real solider would not say anything like
that and YES I know several tropps out there, I actually live with two

sure you did. btw, i suppose it's rank was petty officer 2007, right?

jesus christ, use spell check now and again doesn't hurt either.

ready for the spanking? and i quote:

1.2 The Microsoft Developer Network Subscription Program -- Overview. The
Software governed by this EULA is licensed to you as a subscriber of the
Microsoft Developer Network Subscription Program ("MSDN"). If you have not
acquired a license to subscribe to MSDN, you are not authorized to use the

subscription level you have elected to receive determines the Software that
Microsoft provides to you under the terms of this EULA. Certain terms and
conditions of this EULA may or may not apply to you as determined by the
Software included with the subscription level you have acquired. You may
also acquire multiple licenses for a single subscription; such licenses are
subject to all terms and conditions of this EULA and are valid only for use
with the Software included in the subscription level you have purchased.

found at:

notice, AND READ, the second sentence. this is section 1.2 for gawd's sake.
hard to miss being stated so early in the eula. if you continue to read the
rest, i think you'll find my point supported even more completely and in
greater detail.

perhaps if you could READ and weren't so 'arrogant', you'd stfu about now.
ROFLMFAO !!!

i'm glad the service to my country means nothing to you <sarcasm>. why would

what a 'real' soldier is or does/does not do? and don't you think '... and
yes, i know several tropps [sic] out there ...' is much like saying 'i have

so you live with them? really? at the same time, or do they have to take

did you miss this?

'If you have not acquired a license to subscribe to MSDN, you are not
authorized to use the Software.'

hmmm...limits to whom you can 'trade' work for ms software now don't it. as
in, if one already has an msdn subscription, why in the hell would they need
*your* software.

and when you say the software is *yours*, did you miss this?

'11. SCOPE OF LICENSE. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement
only gives you some rights to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other

rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation,

you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In

doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software
that

only allow you to use it in certain ways.'

were you to read the whole eula, you'd also notice how limited one is in
using msdn products...hence the 'only gives you *some* rights to use the
software.' essentially, you get to prototype and that's it (except for the
premium license). even testing a prototyped system has great restrictions
applied to it.

fyi, here's a link to the master eula:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/downloads/EULA.pdf

but since you have such a hard time spelling, i'm sure you find it equally
difficult to read...moron!

may your project and business become as stagnant and repugnant as your mind,
thief. as for your fired employee, it is clear that he had good reason to
fuck with your miserable existence and take back the code he had written for
you. being a half-wit, i know you didn't have him sign an nda, ipr, or any
other indemnifying contracts such that you could legally compel him to
restore your system.

for most people, i'd say 'live and learn' however, you don't strike me as
having the capacity to learn - you can barely spell much less create a
complete sentence! and as for your 'living', you just need to *get* a life.

you're an idiot. read the eula. you're embarrassing yourself, driveling
moron.
